Services
Engineered Parquet
Engineered parquet flooring combines traditional herringbone and chevron patterns with modern layered construction for enhanced stability. Our installations feature genuine hardwood tops over moisture-resistant cores, suitable for underfloor heating systems. This solution offers the aesthetic appeal of solid wood with improved durability against temperature fluctuations, making it ideal for both contemporary and heritage properties across Leicester and London.
Commercial Flooring
Commercial-grade wood flooring solutions designed for high-traffic environments like offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues. We use scratch-resistant hardwood species and industrial finishes that withstand heavy footfall while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Our installations meet safety standards and building regulations, with options including FSC-certified materials for sustainability-conscious businesses seeking to enhance brand image through premium natural flooring.
French Polishing
Traditional French polishing techniques applied to restore and enhance wooden surfaces. Our specialists use shellac-based finishes to achieve deep lustre while preserving the wood's natural grain. This service caters to period properties and luxury interiors requiring authentic finishes, with colour-matching capabilities for seamless repairs. The process revitalises antique furniture, flooring, and architectural woodwork while maintaining durability.
Wood Floor Installation
Professional wood flooring installation covering solid hardwood, engineered planks, and reclaimed timber. Our certified installers ensure precise acclimatisation, subfloor preparation, and finishing techniques tailored to each material type. We handle both new installations and renovations, guaranteeing seamless integration with existing structures while optimising longevity through proper expansion allowances and moisture barriers.
Floor Sanding
Comprehensive floor sanding services to restore worn wooden floors to their original condition. Using industrial-grade equipment, we remove surface imperfections, old finishes, and minor damage before applying protective coatings. This service extends flooring lifespan while maintaining structural integrity, suitable for both domestic properties and commercial spaces requiring minimal disruption during maintenance cycles.
