I wish I had ordered my tiles from Hyperion tiles! I ordered from another company, and unfortunately many tiles were broken, which we only found out when our tiler started to use them several weeks later. I contacted the company who were completely unhelpful and said that the tiles had now been discontinued and nothing they could do. I searched online and after having no success with a couple of others, messaged Hyperion Tiles. I explained the situation and they were so helpful and eventually managed to source the tile for me. Their customer service went above and beyond- I am very grateful. Use them- you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience in store. Huge selection of tiles to view in person. The customer service was fantastic, really helpful team and we felt comfortable taking our time going through each floor. They even went and got me a specific tea I asked for from the local Starbucks! Thanks again! I would highly recommend. The quality is high end and service top notch.

There was a small glitch with the ordering process, but Laura went above and beyond to resolve it. Not only did she fix the issue quickly and efficiently, but she also took the extra step to call and personally explain the situation and solution. I was really impressed by this unexpected level of service! Outstanding support and quality products – I highly recommend Hyperion Tiles.

An excellent customer experience. It was great to discuss my tile needs with the experts there who offered brilliant advice before I made my final decision. I chose monochrome designer tiles in a chequerboard pattern and a black edging tile, all of which arrived extremely quickly – the tiles are brilliant quality and they have totally transformed my living room. I used an experienced tiler to install these for a professional finish.

Having sampled a few tile shops around South London, I decided to go all the way to Ascott to check out Hyperion Tiles. Brandon at Hyperion was happy to send me samples of everything I wanted for free to try out and talk me through all the options I considered. I had zero experience with tiles and wanted something that was low maintenance with character. Brandon gave me all his time and knowledge to explain all the different types of materials and point out what maintenance they needed. I very much enjoyed my experience shopping for tiles here. I highly recommend considering this shop and will definately use again in the future.

The tiles i recieved are beyond imagination and one of the best tiles i have ever seen in the market, although they are expensive but as they say good quality comes with the price.
Their customer service is so good and helping and they call you not sending emails back and forth.

I originally posted a review about my tile order not arriving yesterday, as an update today I am now amending my original review to reflect my experience and outcome today...
After the tiles didn't arrive yesterday and emailing Brandon about my frustrations I called this morning asking if there had been an update, Brandon explained he had already contacted the courier and was waiting for reply, he then kept me updated throughout the day (as he was aware the tiles were required for the weekend) and he spent a lot of time trying to get answers from the courier whom were being rather elusive!
Brandon got a delivery window for the tiles and called me to let know when and called again during the delivery window to check if the order had arrived (which it had).
Brandon's help today was great to ensure the tiles arrived :) and I am super appreciative of that, especially when it was out of his control and reliant on the courier.

We needed to source a worktop for our new kitchen, Richard at Hyperion offer outstanding advice and guidance in choosing the right one to suit our purpose at an excellent price and quality. The whole process from choosing though to fitting was very smooth and professional.
Although, we did not require tiles for this transformation we will definitely be back to choose tiles in the future as they have a fantastic selection of the most gorgeous and exquisite tiles.

I have known Richard for many years now, and have recently bought some more tiles from him for our two new bathrooms and one existing bathroom. As always, Richards service and professionalism is second to none, and I would recommend anyone needing tiles, new worktops etc, to go and see his amazing new showroom too :) Now cant wait to see the tiles when they have been fitted in a few weeks time. !
