Barbers Flooring

Barbers Flooring has been transforming residential and commercial spaces since 1979, establishing itself as a trusted name in the flooring industry. Founded by Mike Barber as the first independent carpet store in Stratford Upon Avon, the business expanded significantly under the leadership of his sons Simon and James, growing to occupy over 6,000 sq ft of retail space dedicated to carpets, wood, and hard floors. Our team combines decades of hands-on experience with specialist knowledge across all flooring types, including bespoke rugs, luxury vinyl tiles, and natural fibres. We maintain partnerships with leading brands like Karndean, Ted Todd, and Crucial Trading, ensuring access to premium materials and innovative designs. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship is evident in every project, from restoring aged wooden floors to creating custom stair runners and supplying high-end remnants.

With a dedicated rug studio established in 2012 and a professional sanding and sealing service launched more recently, we continue to evolve while maintaining our core values of expert guidance and tailored solutions. Our showroom features one of the largest rug collections outside London and an extensive range of flooring options to suit every style and budget. We prioritise customer satisfaction through comprehensive support, from initial design consultations to precise installation and aftercare advice. This combination of heritage, expertise, and service excellence positions us as a market leader in flooring solutions.
