We have operated as Seabrook Graham for over 40 years, remaining in our original Hayes location with our longstanding core team throughout that period. Across this time, we have installed tens of thousands of new hard floors and carpets for residential and commercial clients across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London. Every member of our team has accumulated over 50 years of individual trade experience, giving us unrivalled expertise in all types of flooring installation. We built our reputation on a respectful, personal, friendly and entirely pressure-free service model that puts client comfort first. We never provide quotes in clients homes, instead offering free in-store estimates followed by written quotes sent after our expert measuring service, with no obligation to proceed. Our advice is completely unbiased, tailored to each clients specific needs rather than pushing higher-priced products that are not suitable. We offer free, no-time-limit loans of product samples, and do not request any deposit simply to carry out our measuring service.

We only ask for a nominal deposit when a client chooses to place an order, with full payment due only after the installation is complete and the client is satisfied with the finished work. We stock a wide range of carpets and hard floors suited to all budgets, purposes and style preferences, with products selected purely on their merits of value, reliability and suitability. Our client base includes long-standing repeat customers, including Stringfellows clubs, for whom we have provided carpet fitting and maintenance services since 2013. Our commercial installation expertise dates back to 1976, when we completed our first major project fitting exotic hardwood stage floors for the Royal Opera House. We regularly travel to complete installations across our core South East service areas, and have also completed projects far beyond the Home Counties and UK shores.
