Each floor is hand-finished to highlight natural grain and character, with options for grading, surface textures, and hardwax oil finishes. Ideal for creating unique residential or commercial interiors that balance durability with aesthetic appeal. Our process ensures every board meets exacting standards for quality and individuality.
Patterned Flooring
Design intricate patterns including herringbone, chevron, Versailles, and Mansion Weave. These custom layouts add architectural interest to any space, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Each pattern is tailored to client specifications, ensuring seamless integration with interior themes while maintaining structural integrity and long-term performance.
Surface Textures
Apply hand-finished textures such as distressed, brushed, and footworn effects to enhance wood's natural character. These treatments create depth and visual interest, offering tactile surfaces that complement both contemporary and heritage settings. Texturing is combined with staining and finishing options for fully customised results.
Hardwax Oil Finishes
Apply durable hardwax oil finishes in a range of colours to protect wood while preserving its natural grain. These breathable coatings provide water and stain resistance, with easy maintenance through periodic oiling. Finishes are applied using professional techniques to ensure even coverage and long-lasting beauty.
Wood Grading
Offer grading services to select wood based on visible character features like knots, sapwood, and heartwood. This process balances aesthetic preferences with material availability, ensuring clients achieve their desired look without compromising quality. Grading is performed at multiple production stages to maintain consistency.
