Our Process

1. Visiting Our Showroom: Visit us at our large showroom in Lenwade, just outside of Norwich. Our knowledgeable sales team is happy to provide expert advice, answer any questions you may have, and offer product samples.
2. Providing Your Quote: Once you've found the perfect flooring solution, we'll provide a comprehensive quote detailing all the costs involved. We'll also ensure that our prices remain fixed, with no hidden charges added later.
3. Fitting Your Flooring: When you're satisfied with the quote, our team will arrange for one of our flooring fitters to visit you at a convenient time. They'll work quickly and with minimal disruption to ensure your new flooring is installed promptly.
4. Disposing of Your Old Flooring: As part of the installation process, our flooring fitters will remove and dispose of your old flooring, ensuring a smooth transition to your new flooring solution.
